Sarah Hammond is a yoga teacher and certified life, career and wellness coach, specializing in Positive Psychology, (the scientific study of optimal functioning, focusing on building strengths and positive emotions to enhance wellbeing).
Sarah brings this whole person approach to Structural Elements through her unique yoga / integrative wellness / small group class.
Before her career in wellness and coaching, she worked in marketing and magazine sales in Chicago and NYC, moving back to her hometown of Milwaukee, where raising four children deepened her interest in nutrition and wellbeing.
For the past 22 years, she’s been a catalyst for helping people tap into their strengths, connect to their inner wisdom, celebrate their past successes, utilize their resources, and create specific and sustainable steps toward their goals. She’s completed 47 triathlons, including the Escape from Alcatraz and the NYC Marathon. When she’s not biking, swimming, playing at the beach, skiing, playing golf or cooking, she’s running Sarah Hammond Coaching.
