Led by guest yoga instructor Sarah Hammond and Dr. Melissa King, (se)® Holistic Physical Therapist, each session targets key adjustments for alignment, stability, and strength. You'll apply these refinements in a guided flow with hands-on corrections to fine-tune your form.
